Reading this from an Asian clock
UTC is the neutral reference. Manila and Singapore run UTC+8, Tokyo and Seoul UTC+9, Bangkok and Jakarta UTC+7. So a strong hour at 02:00 UTC is 10am in Manila and 11am in Tokyo — an ordinary weekday morning where you are, and late evening across the Americas.
That is the whole trade. The hours that feel most natural locally — your evening — are the ones where you compete with the largest number of Western broadcasters for a sleeping audience. The hours that feel odd are the ones where the ratio swings hardest your way.
Making an unusual schedule survivable
An advantage you cannot sustain is not an advantage. If mornings are genuinely impossible around work or family, a consistent evening schedule beats an erratic morning one every time — the worst outcome is a rota you abandon after three weeks.
If mornings are possible, treat them as a proper shift: fixed days, fixed start, stated in your profile in a timezone your audience understands.
